Victims Killed in Fulton County House Fire Identified
NEEDMORE, Pa. — The Fulton County Coroner’s Office has released the names of the three individuals who tragically lost their lives in a devastating house fire last weekend.
The victims have been identified as 32-year-old Katherin Berkstresser, 33-year-old Thomas Cahill, and their 2-year-old daughter, Olivia Cahill.

The fatal blaze erupted in the early hours of last Sunday morning at a home on the 1700 block of Pleasant Ridge Road in Belfast Township, near Needmore. Emergency crews, dispatched just before 1 a.m., arrived to find the residence fully engulfed in flames.
Amid the tragedy, there was one survivor. According to the Pennsylvania State Police at McConnellsburg, a 12-year-old occupant managed to escape the inferno and reach a neighbor’s house for help. This young survivor’s condition has not been publicly updated.
The community of Belfast Township and surrounding areas are mourning the profound loss of the three victims. As the investigation into the origin and cause of the fire continues, local authorities have not yet released further details.
